If you want to offer online and mobile services for downloading on demand music video and/or music works on a per unit basis with audio and/or video preview, the following financial terms* apply:

• a fee calculated as a percentage of the income generated; the rate is set at 12%, reduced on a provisional basis to 8%, (excluding VAT) of the price paid by the customer. The minimum charge is:
  - € 0.07 per download per unit,
  - € 0.70 per download of an album up to 15 tracks. Above 15 tracks downloaded, a minimum fee of € 0,0435 per extra track downloaded will be due.

If the service allows access to excerpts of audio and/or video preview, a monthly fee of €100 (excluding VAT) is due.
