Video on demand

You want to offer services to temporary download, view and preview on demand audiovisual works on a per item basis.

The license agreement includes the following repertoires: SACEM (Société des Auteurs, Compositeurs & Editeurs de Musique), SCAM (Société Civile des Auteurs Multimedia) and ADAGP (Société des Auteurs dans les Arts Graphiques et Plastiques).

The following financial terms * apply :

The hereunder rates are set on the unit price paid by the consumer :

For any permanent downloads, the following minimum fees apply, calculated in proportion to the actual use of the repertoires in the audiovisual works:

 Music video recordings, comedy videos and comedy audiovisual works permanent download, the minimum fee is €0.07 for each musical work incorporated in a downloaded music video recording, or comedy sequence and/or sketch incorporated in a humour video and/or a downloaded comedy audiovisual work.

If the service allows access to excerpts of video preview, a supplementary monthly fee of €100 (excluding VAT) is due.

** In the event that only the dubbing and/or subtitling of SACEM’s repertoire will be reproduced in a fictional audiovisual work, the applicable rate will be 0.30%.
