Anyone planning to offer a service for downloading mobile phone ringtones, ringback tones, greeting messages, audio jingles and dedications for mobile phones with audio and/or video preview facilities, will be charged the following rates*:
 

  • Rate: 12% of the price (excl. VAT) paid by the end customer
  • Minimum fee: €0.10 (excl. VAT) per work used and per download

If the service allows access to excerpts of audio and/or video preview, a supplementary monthly fee of €100 before tax for any access whatsoever (IVR, Internet website, Internet mobile site) is due.
