You can send yourself your works (texts and/or scores or sound recordings) by registered mailed sealed with the sheet with acknowledgement of receipt (not by regular mail), since the postmark may be considered to be proof of the work’s precedence, as long as you make certain, obviously; not to open the envelope when you receive it.
