The same procedure for all creators

Just fill in an application form (available at SACEM headquarters, Department of General Documentation and Distribution – Membership Office and return it with:
- a birth certificate or the photocopy (both sides) of identification (identity card, driving licence, passport) and a passport photo
- the complete manuscripts of your works or their reproduction on CD with the complete lyrics along with the corresponding registration forms (printed forms provided by SACEM)
- proof of the exploitation of your work(s).
SACEM and you
- You are required to file all your works; you agree to respect the SACEM Statutes and General Regulations.
- You grant the society the right to authorise or not the performance or communication to the public (television, radio, concert, live performance…) and reproduction (records, cassettes, videos…) of your works.
- You retain full control over your moral rights: no arrangement or adaptation of your works may be filed without your approval.
