SACEM reserves the right not to publish classified ads or member Websites unrelated to sectors of activity relevant to music authors, composers and publishers, or not complying with the editorial policy of the site www.sacem.fr, and/or infringing laws and/or regulations.

While checks are made on the type of classified ad to be published or Member Website to be listed, SACEM does not authenticate the information supplied by the parties concerned. Such checks are the sole responsibility of the parties using the service.
SACEM is not involved in concluding any transactions or in delivering any products or services proposed.
SACEM cannot be held responsible or liable in such cases.

www.sacem.fr users agree not to send by e-mail or via any other online forms (e.g. “classified ads”) any content comprising or involving infringements of the law, that may, inter alia, disturb public peace or decency, or infringe personality rights. Users also agree not to send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam), or any content containing computer viruses.

For certain areas and services on www.sacem.fr, access is restricted to SACEM members or their appointed delegates. The log-on and password needed to access these areas and services are issued by SACEM on request.
