Committee under Article R 312-6-3 [French Intellectual Property Code] 2011-2012

The committee established under the terms of Article R 321-6-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code is consulted in the event of any refusal to provide documentary records request by a member. Areport on the buisiness of the committee is made to the Annual General Meeting and the Committee's report is submitted to the Minister of Culture and the President of the Committee, as required under the terms of Article L 321-13.
