Christian Gaubert first joined SACEM in 1967 and became a "sociétaire définitif" in 1973.

Member of the Pop/Variety Committee, 1998-1992.
Member of the Auddiovisual Committee, 1993-2000 and 2001-2002, President of the Audivisual Committee 2000-2001.
Member of SACEM Board of Directors since 2002.
Award for "light" symphony music, 1994.
First prize for piano and music theory at the Marseilles Conservatory.
